1. Cut Crumb Cake cardstock to 5-1/2" x 8-1/2". Score at 4-1/4" along the 8-1/2" side.
2. Ink Birch background stamp with Soft Suede ink. Stamp off once on grid or scrap paper then stamp onto card front.
3. Cut Vellum Cardstock to 3-3/4" x 5". Adhere to card front at an angle. Keep adhesive towards the center so it doesn't show through the vellum.
4. Cut Shimmery White cardstock to 3-1/2" x 4-3/4".
5. Squeeze Balmy Blue ink pad to transfer ink to the inside of the lid or add a drop of Balmy Blue ink refill to the lid.
6. Fill an Aqua Painter with water.
7. To create a watercolor wash background, brush plain water over the Shimmery White cardstock so it is fairly evenly wet, but not dripping or pooling.
8. Pick up some Balmy Blue ink from the lid of the ink pad and starting at the top edge brush the ink onto the Shimmery White cardstock with a back and forth motion. Work towards the bottom without re-inking to create the dark to light faded effect. If you want the colour to be darker repeat the process starting at the top and pulling the colour down.
9. Allow paper to dry completely. Use the Heat Tool to speed drying if desired.
10. While the background is drying, stamp the greeting from the Playful Penguins stamp set onto 3-1/2" x 3/4" Shimmery White cardstock with Jet Black StazOn ink.
11. Stamp two leafy branches from Nature's Beauty stamp set onto scrap Shimmery White cardstock with Jet Black StazOn ink.
12. Colour branches with Cajun Craze Watercolor Pencil from Assortment #2. Fussy cut out with Paper Snips.
13. Adhere branches to each end of stamped greeting layer.
14. Once the Watercolor Wash background layer is completely dry stamp two individual and one double tree image across the center area with Jet Black StazOn.
15. Stamp fox with Jet Black StazOn at the bottom right. Once the ink is dry colour in lightly with the Cajun Craze Watercolor Pencil.
16. Adhere the watercolor wash layer onto the card with SNAIL or Stampin' Dimensionals.
17. Add the greeting towards the top left with Stampin' Dimensionals.
18. Use the Fine-Tip Glue Pen to add sequins from the Woven Threads Sequin Assortment around the top left and bottom right corners of the greeting.
