Creative Inspiration with a Sketch - Unbridled Beauty

Here's this month's sketch:

And here's the project it inspired:

The Unbridled Beauty Photopolymer Stamp Set features detailed line art images with an equestrian theme, and is a perfect set for projects that need a touch of rustic charm.

The horseshoe and grazing horses images from the Unbridled Beauty Photopolymer Stamp Set were stamped randomly using Crumb Cake Classic Stampin' Ink™ across the front of a folded Crumb Cake card base.

The fence image was stamped along the bottom edge of a 2¾" x 4" rectangle of Granny Apple Green Cardstock using Early Espresso ink. The tree image was stamped randomly over the rest of the rectangle using Granny Apple Green ink. This rectangle was adhered, at an angle, to a rectangle of Early Espresso Cardstock measuring 3" x 4¼".

The horse portrait image was stamped on Basic White Cardstock using Tuxedo Black Memento™ Ink, and cut out using the stitched circle die (measuring approximately 2½" in diameter) from the Stylish Shapes Dies. The image was coloured using Watercolor Pencils (Balmy Blue, Basic Black, and Early Espresso; from Assortments 1 & 2) and Blender Pens. The circle was then adhered to the right of the stamped Granny Apple Green layer, and the element adhered to the card front.

The 'from the heart' sentiment, also from the Unbridled Beauty set, was stamped on Balmy Blue Cardstock using Early Espresso ink, and cut out using the medium-sized stitched banner from the Stylish Shapes Dies. A length of Early Espresso Linen Thread was looped in a double bow and adhered to the reverse of the die-cut banner. The banner was then added to the card front using Stampin' Dimensionals™.

2024-2026 In Color™ Collection

Products featuring our In Colors are usually discontinued once they reach the end of their term, so it's almost time to say goodbye to our 2024-2026 collection. Although we've got a while to go before they hit the Last Chance category, In Color items are usually among the first to sell out!

Check that you have the matching Classic Stampin' Ink Refills to make your Stampin' Pads last longer, and consider stocking up on cardstock in your preferred colours so you can keep creating with them even when they are no longer available.

Last Chance Update

The Last Chance products have been updated! New products have been added, with some discounted by up to 70%. Many products added are from our outgoing Annual and Mini Catalogues, including items from the 2024-2026 In Color™ Collection. These products in particular often sell out quickly, so stock up quickly or you might miss out!

Don't miss your last chance to get these products at bargain prices before they are gone for good. Check my online store to see what's been added.

Upcoming Catalogue Changes

Stampin' Up! has announced some exciting changes to our catalogues. Instead of an Annual Catalogue and multiple mini catalogues, there will be three catalogues per year: January–April, May–August, and September–December. Each of these seasonal catalogues will introduce new products, but will also include core products such as basic tools and adhesives, colour products, essential punches and dies, basic embellishments, and envelopes. Without having to juggle overlapping catalogues, it'll be much easier to shop! Online Exclusive product releases will continue every other month.

Watch this space for more details about the upcoming May–August Catalogue, launching May 5th!
