The Friends for Life Bundle contains die cut elements and coordinating mix-and-match sentiments that are perfect for creating cards for friends. The brush stroke texture of the Meandering Meadows 6" x 6" Designer Series Paper gives a different effect from the watercolour patterns in the Full of Life Suite and shows you can swap many of our patterned papers to create alternative combinations.
A 1½" wide strip of patterned paper from the Meandering Meadows DSP was adhered to a 1⅝" wide strip of Blueberry Bushel Cardstock. The thin outline heart shape was cut from Melon Mambo Cardstock using the die from the Friends for Life Dies, and adhered to the centre of the DSP strip using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
A strip of Adhesive Sheet was added to Melon Mambo Cardstock and the "friend" inner shape was die cut from it using the die from the Friends for Life Dies. The delicate die cut was then adhered to Basic White Cardstock, and the coordinating "friend" outline die used to cut the white card and create the layered die cut element. This was adhered to the centre of the DSP strip over the top of the heart.
The completed layered element was adhered to the centre of a Fresh Freesia folded card base and the width trimmed to match the card base. The "miss you" sentiment from the Friends For Life Photopolymer Stamp Set was stamped using Tuxedo Black Memento™ Ink under the bottom right corner of the central strip.
